Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026. Dealify is the product brand operated by SEB Realty and Consulting LLC.
Service scope and estimates
Dealify provides workflow support, organization, calculations based on information you provide, and risk flags. Deal scores, repair assumptions, ARV, rental, flip, wholesale, cash-buyer, and maximum-offer estimates are informational only—not legal, tax, financial, investment, appraisal, or valuation advice. You remain responsible for reviewing every result and decision.
Availability and integrations
Features and third-party integrations may be limited, planned, or unavailable. Do not rely on Dealify as a source of MLS, public-record, skip-trace, communications, e-signature, escrow, title, banking, or jurisdictional compliance services unless a feature is expressly enabled and documented for your account.
Compliance and documents
You must comply with applicable licensing, advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, telephony, consent, and real-estate laws. Templates and risk flags are not attorney-approved and are not a substitute for counsel or state-specific review.
Acceptable use and data
Upload only CSV and other information you are authorized to use, and do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary and lawful. Do not use Dealify to make unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, harassing, or automated outreach decisions. Do not treat the service as a substitute for required records, licenses, disclosures, or professional review.
Accounts and workspace access
Keep your credentials confidential and only invite authorized teammates. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member permissions and activity in their workspace.
